| back the charges and then the person you charged them back to has a chance to tell their side of the charges. I believe their is a time frame involved though and I think this would be past it. I doubt his CC company would break their necks hlping him if he has since dumped them. We get these all the time when people charge back the charges on orders they make. We get a written notice in the mail and we have a chance to give our side and submit any proof we have. Most of the time these are false charge backs and we get them over turned. As a vendor, when you sign up to be able to accept CC's, that is part of the deal. They have the right to charge you back and you have to comply.
